This year, the TFCU’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting was held virtually and in person on April 1, 2023, at the credit union’s corporate office and was made available to members virtually. Board members and those in attendance online and in person heard about the progress made in the credit union during 2022.
This year, two candidates nominated by the Nominating and Elections Committee were elected to the TFCU Board of Directors. TFCU members elected the two candidates by vote of acclamation.

Following the annual meeting, board members met to elect new officers, as follows:

- Eldon Overstreet, Secretary
- Rodney Walker, Treasurer
- Sheila Jones, Assistant Secretary I
- Al Rich, Assistant Secretary II
- James Pearl, Assistant Treasurer
