Protect yourself from text scams
Please do not respond to any suspicious text messages regarding your TFCU MoneyPlus™ VISA® check card or credit cards. Currently, TFCU does not send text messages regarding your cards.
How the scam works:
- You receive a text message from a number claiming to be TFCU that says your VISA® is locked and instructs you to call the number listed.
- Please be aware that multiple 800 numbers have been identified with this type of fraud.
- Do not respond! If you respond and provide any identifying information, the fraudster may get access to your account.
If you are unsure about the status of your card or account, please contact the TFCU Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324, option 6, to confirm.
