Due to delays in credit card plastic production, TFCU credit cards are taking longer than anticipated for production and shipping. If your TFCU credit card is nearing its expiration date or has been recently reported lost/stolen, your replacement card will take longer to get to you.
Members who are being impacted will receive specific communication about their cards through email and direct mail.
Members who have a Visa Platinum, Visa Signature or Visa Classic card who need their card sooner can visit a local TFCU branch and receive an instant issue card.
