In 2022, TFCU continued to show our commitment to building a culture that emphasizes diversity, equity and inclusion. We honored our employees’ individuality by observing Black History month, Women’s History month, Women’s Equality Day, Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage month, Pride month, Juneteenth, Hispanic Heritage month and Native American Heritage month.
TFCU leadership also took steps to ensure that internal policies and procedures are equitable for each employee and that everyone feels a sense of inclusion and belonging at work.
