Heather Kay has been with Tinker Federal Credit Union since 2018. She is the Vice President/Manager of Financial Empowerment, following a career at OSU-Oklahoma City for nine years as the Assistant Vice President of Business & Industry Training and four years as the Director of Student Center and Campus Events. Prior to that, she managed Greg Burns Fine Art Gallery for 14 years. Heather is a member of Leadership Oklahoma City Class 36, OKConnect Class 8, and serves on the board of Caring Communities Support Center, Reaching Our City, Oklahoma Council on Economic Education, John Marshall Finance Academy, Junior Achievement and serves as the Oklahoma state delegate for the Credit Union Financial Education Network. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Central Oklahoma. Throughout a dynamic career that has intersected the worlds of both education administration and art; she has played instrumental roles bringing business, education, and community initiatives to fruition for the betterment of the community. In addition to managing her career and volunteer work, she also works alongside her husband Charles Kay of thirty years in raising their three children.
