1. Eligibility: This Sponsored Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all legal U.S. residents (including TFCU members and non-TFCU members) residing permanently in the United States and who are 18 years of age and older (at the time of the Giveaway drawing). Employees, representatives, volunteers, and immediate family members of any employee, representative, or volunteer of Tinker Federal Credit Union and Braid Creative are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or to win prizes. Only one household winner per drawing is allowed. All registrants, entries, and winners are subject to these Giveaway rules (“Rules”).
2. How to Enter the Drawing: Eligible individuals can register and/or enter the Giveaway by providing applicable information on any registration form and/or submitting their name and other applicable information for the Giveaway. Entrants to the Giveaway are allowed to register only once during Giveaway operating hours (as communicated by TFCU) and only at the location or by following applicable online instructions where the Giveaway is available and sponsored. These Rules will be available by posting or by applicable online link or connection.
3. Prize Available: The applicable prize will be available as communicated by TFCU at the place and time of the sponsored Giveaway and will be awarded to one (1) eligible winner based on a random selection by a TFCU employee, volunteer, or representative. The winner will be selected randomly at the end of the registration period of the applicable Giveaway from all submitted, valid and eligible entries at the designated location of the Giveaway. The Giveaway registration and entry period and applicable prize will be posted and/or communicated at the time and place of the Giveaway or will be provided upon request by contacting Tinker Federal Credit Union at (405) 732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828 or writing us at P.O. 4. Restrictions on entering: Every one (1) eligible person can submit one (1) entry on the day of the Giveaway event. Subsequent and any invalid entries determined to be submitted in violation of these Rules will be declared ineligible and may be removed. As the administrator and sponsor of the Giveaway, TFCU reserves the right to disqualify, remove, or reject any subsequent or invalid entries and/or cancel the Giveaway if any entries violate these Rules or if tampering or illicit activity is suspected or determined. You will be asked to verify your identity and potentially provide information from any entry you submit. TFCU may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or receiving the prize if, in TFCU’s sole discretion, TFCU determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any TFCU facility, employees, representatives, or volunteers or any other entrants or participants of the Giveaway.
5. General: One (1) winner will be randomly selected and the winner notified in person (by phone, message platforms, or otherwise) on or after the close of the applicable designated Giveaway. TFCU may require the winner to be present to win. If any winner cannot be personally contacted within forty-eight (48) hours following the Giveaway selected winner, then TFCU reserves the right to disqualify said winner, randomly draw another winner, and the prior winner will be considered to have forfeited their prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per Giveaway. Potential winners must pick-up their prize within ten (10) calendar days of TFCU notification, otherwise they forfeit the prize and such will be awarded to another randomly selected eligible winner.
TFCU is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, ineligible, or misdirected entries. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of any stated prize, TFCU reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. All unclaimed prizes will be retained by TFCU or given to another selected winner. TFCU and its employees, representatives, agents, directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and providers shall have no liability to any persons, registrants, entrants, participants, winners, or any others engaging or participating in the Giveaway. Winners must show valid identification to collect their prizes and TFCU may request the winner to sign a liability and/or publicity release to receive their respective prize authorizing TFCU (or its partners) to use the winner’s photo, video, name, information, and/or likeness in advertising or publication. All winners and prizes are subject to Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) income reporting rules and regulations. TFCU will not be responsible for reporting any winnings to the IRS.
