OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Tiffany Gonner vice president and director of its Member Service Center (call center).
Gonner and TFCU’s Member Service Center are responsible for all member contact by phone, email, video and chat. This staff provides service beyond normal branch hours and is often the front line of member service, providing over 900,000 interactions a year.
Additionally, Gonner will work closely with call center managers to ensure the credit union fulfills its sales and services strategies.
Gonner began her career with TFCU in 2003 and held various frontline and branch operations positions. In 2016, she moved into the role of call center supervisor. Gonner then served as assistant vice president and manager of TFCU’s member service center for four years, before being named vice president and director of the member service center.
“Tiffany brings many years of member experience and expertise to the credit union,” said TFCU President/CEO Michael D. Kloiber. “She is a joy to have on the TFCU team, and I know she will continue to excel in this position.”
