New BillPay Online Upgrades
At TFCU, we work to offer the best services available. That’s why we are pleased to announce plans to upgrade to a new, easier to use BillPay service. The process to upgrade is well under way, and we are working diligently to minimize the impact to you.
System Upgrade Timeline
The conversion from our current service to the new BillPay system is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. The conversion will be completed by Friday, July 14, 2017, at 8:00 a.m.
From July 11 at 2:00 p.m. through July 14 at 8:00 a.m., you will not be able to access BillPay, but any payments previously scheduled for this timeframe will continue to be processed.
Scheduled and Recurring Payments
Payments you’ve scheduled through July 2018 will automatically transfer to the new system. The new system can only accept payments from the existing system that are scheduled to pay in the next year. Any payments that are currently scheduled to pay after July 2018 will need to be re-entered in the new system after the upgrade takes place.
Changes to Scheduling Payments
Scheduling payments has become easier and more convenient. In the current system, you select the Deliver By date and the system presents you a Send On date, when the funds will be withdrawn from your account.
The new system eliminates this two-step process, and you will only be required to select the Deliver By date that you want the payment to be received by the payee. In most cases, the funds will be withdrawn from your account on the same day it’s delivered.
Longer BillPay History
With the new system, you will now be able to build up to seven years of payment history, which is significantly longer than our current system. However, your BillPay history, prior to July 2017, will not be transferred to the new system. You can still access your payment history, prior to this upgrade, through your account history in Home Branch.

FAQs
How will I access the new BillPay Online?
After the new system has been upgraded, you will be able to access BillPay the same way you do today. Click on the BillPay tab at the top of the Home Branch screen. If you use BillPay on your mobile device, you will continue to find the BillPay option in the menu.
Will I be able to expedite a payment?
Yes, with the new system, you will now have the option to expedite qualifying payments. For a fee, this option will now give you the ability to schedule and pay a bill on the same day, in some cases, where the payee is set up to receive these expedited payments.
Will my eBills transfer to the new system?
No, we will not be able to transfer eBills to the new system. However, the new system will offer an improved eBill experience, which is much more integrated with the over 600 billers who participate in the program.
Is there anything I need to do with my account after the conversion?
After the conversion is complete, we recommend checking your scheduled payments and payee information, including payee mailing address, to verify it is still accurate. Any payments that are currently scheduled to pay after July 2018 will need to be re-entered in the new system. If you previously used eBills, you will need to reschedule these bills once the upgrade has occurred.
